Description

The Communications Manager will develop and implement internal and network communications strategies and tactics to Team Members and customers. This position will build relationships, collaborate, and drive key results to support organizational strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement communications strategies, tactics, and messages to various stakeholders through cross functional thought partnerships.
  • Manage, analyze, and develop content for multiple communications channels, including internal and network e-newsletters and website.
  • Work cross functionally to understand customer trends and ensure consistent messaging across the customer experience.
  • Lead the development of communications strategies and tactics to support company events.
  • Research and identify communication needs and preferences to improve the effectiveness of channels and approaches. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide recommendations based on data.
  • Identify and recommend potential opportunities to incorporate innovative methods and emerging trends within area of expertise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field of study, or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience in both the development and tactical execution of communications plans.
  • Knowledge of Associate Press (AP) style guidelines.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), content management and email platform.
