Description

The Vice President of School Success is responsible for strategic leadership of growth, retention, and expansion efforts within PLTW's existing national network of customers. The VP provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership, coaching, and management for PLTW's team of account owners. The VP collaborates with internal business units and external networks to meet and exceed goals including increased student access and engagement, sustainability and retention of programming and services, and financial targets in pursuit of PLTW's strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the successful planning and execution of strategies and tactics to support targeted growth and expansion within existing PLTW schools and districts.
  • Lead the successful planning and execution of strategies and tactics to support retention of PLTW programming and services.
  • Lead the recruitment, development and coaching of a high-performing team of customer-centric, sales and success professionals.
  • Lead performance monitoring, coaching, and enablement planning for the School Success team.
  • Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of existing accounts.
  • Lead collaborative efforts with internal business units to address customer and team issues, barriers, and obstacles to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Identify and recommend potential opportunities for PLTW to incorporate innovative methods and emerging trends within profession and related field.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent related experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales and customer success leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM: familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Frequently remains in stationary position during a typical workday.
  • Frequent movement during travel and onsite events.
